Richard A. Giardino is the managing partner of Davis, Giardino & Hrivnak, P.A. Located in the West Palm Beach office, he defends clients in multiple areas of tort including, wrongful death, defamation, and all forms of negligence. He also practices in the area of employment discrimination and contract law. He earned his J.D., in 1992 from the Shepard Broad School of Law, and his B.A., from New College, Florida. He is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as all federal courts in the State of Florida.
Born in Terre Haute, Indiana in 1953, Brent Davis brings a wealth of Civil Litigation experience to the firm. As a member of the Florida, Texas and Federal Bars, Mr. Davis has established a distinguished trial record having handled some of the most complicated cases. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Mr. Davis began his professional career in the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office. As an Assistant State Attorney, he was responsible for trying Felony, Misdemeanor and Juvenile cases. Since 1984, Mr. Davis has worked exclusively in the field of Insurance Defense and also handles purchase and sales of practices for dentists and other healthcare providers..
Promoting unique, aggressive and cost effective defenses to the well choreographed personal bodily injury industry Wayne Hrivnak is a native Floridian, and U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Middle Eastern campaigns known as Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He enrolled in college in El Paso, TX (Ft. Bliss), before returning home and obtaining his Bachelors degree at the University of South Florida (Tampa), and Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern's Shepard Broad Law Center (2000). Practicing law in South Florida for nearly eighteen years, Wayne has developed a passion for defending the interests of ordinary people/insureds while guiding them through the rigors and certain stress brought on by a well orchestrated personal injury industry. In his free time, along with his young daughter and son, Wayne is active in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
